Lazy Susan – 14.5” diameter x 5/8” thick birch plywood

 It will fit in your 16 x 20” heat press.

Press the top, let cool, then assemble the metal bracket to the wood.

(you may also consider buying our water-based wood top coat to seal the surface for easy cleaning. SKU PHOBTC)

The print template would be a circle that print size of 15-1/8” to allow for bleed and registration.

TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS

Lazy Susan
Transferring Instructions

Read these instructions completely before you begin.
Supplies Needed
• Sublimatable Photo Wood Board or Plank Signs
• Sublimation Transfers
• Heat Gloves
• Thermal Rubber Mat (optional)

Instructions for Wood Photo Boards
Step 1: Adjust Heat Press
Heat Press Temperature: 400 Deg F
Dwell Time: 1 min 35 seconds when using our Thermal Rubber Mat
Or 35 – 45 seconds without using our Thermal Rubber Mat
Pressure: Very Firm

Step 2: Design & Print Your Transfer
Note: Design your transfer based on the Wood Photo Board size. If you are designing a full-bleed image, we recommend that you design the transfer so that it is at least 1/8” larger than the wood around each side.

Step 3: Transfer the Image
1. If you have a manual pressure heat press, pre-set the pressure with the wood facing down. Set to very firm pressure.
2. Place Wood lazy susan face down on onto the transfer and tape in place on two sides.
3. Flip the wood board over so transfer is on top facing down on the wood. Place in the middle of your heat press for uniform pressure.
4. Option to place our thermal rubber mat on top of Wood Photo Board.
5. Using Very Firm pressure, press for 1min 45 seconds at 400 deg. F.

If you don’t have a thermal rubber mat, Wood Photo boards can alternatively be pressed without a mat for 35 to 45 seconds.

DO NOT use a clamshell style heat press!
