Ultra-Wrap for Curved Award Glass Transferring Instructions

There are two sizes of curved glass wraps; Small & Large
The Curved Glass Wrap-Small will fit on
4x6” & 5x7” curved glass sizes

The Curved Glass Wrap-Large will fit on
6 x 8” & 7 x 11” curved glass sizes

Instructions:

Adjust the wrap to fit your curved glass. To adjust the rubber length you must pull the rubber alternatively on either side until you get to the proper distance setting.
See chart for distance for each curved glass size.
Do not over stretch the rubber as this can cause it to tear at the corners.

Register and then tape the sublimation transfer to only one side of the transfer to the edge of the glass in two places.
Place the curved glass in the middle of the wrap. Bring the two hardware ends of the wrap together and stretch to connect in the middle of the glass.

There should be no area where the paper is not pressing against the glass.
You can tell by feeling through the rubber that it is 100% in direct contact with glass.
If there is an area that is not flat with the glass do not press it. Call for further assistance.

Place in oven so the edges of the glass are resting on the oven shelf.
Bake at 400 degrees for 6 minutes.
Remove from oven, remove the wrap and transfer paper and let cool.
