TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS

MDF Luggage Tags Transferring Instructions
Please read these instructions completely before you begin.

Supplies Needed
• Sublimatable MDF Luggage Tag
• EZ-Trans Paper
• Heat Resistant Tape
Step 1: Adjust the Heat Press
Heat Press Temperature: 400o F
Dwell Time: 45 seconds
Pressure: Medium-Firm
Note: These instructions, including transfer times and temperatures, are based on the inks, paper, equipment, and supplies we use. Your inks, papers, etc. may require adjustments in your time/temp settings.
Step 2: Design Your Transfer
Design your transfer in the usual manner. Images should be mirrored when the transfer is printed. Design templates for each luggage tag shape are available at laserreproductions.com via their product page.

Step 3: Transfer the Image

1. Register your luggage tag with the transfer. Use 1-2 small strips of heat resistant tape to hold the luggage tag in registration with the transfer.

2. Place the luggage tag on the press with the transfer on top.

3. Using medium to firm pressure, press at 400o F for 45 seconds.
