SEE BELOW FOR TYPE OF FINISH: New King Coat – water-based / water wash-up clear gloss sublimation coating formulation. Apply by spray application over clean substrates.

  • More mileage than aerosol sprays
  • Water Soluble- Easy clean-up
  • Less cost- You're not paying for aerosol propellant
  • No additional expense for cleaners or adhesion promoters needed.

This waterborne clear coating provides a durable coating for all heat resistant materials, i.e., ceramic tiles, glass, metals and aluminum, and even wood.

The gloss coating will have the best flow on surfaces.

The frost/ satin coating is recommended for coating glass items

The white coat is not a one-step coating. White coat is intended be used in conjunction with either a gloss or satin coat.

    * For first surfaces such as wood, the white coat is applied as a base coat.

IT must be baked before applying a second coat of satin finish clear coat.

    * For Glass items the white coat is used as a second coat. First you apply the gloss
clear, then cure/dry the clear. Then apply the white coat as thin as possible over the clear coat.

The sublimation ink when pressed onto the white coating will penetrate the white
and sublimate into the clear coat.

While using a conventional small spray gun is ideal, using a foam or bristle brush onto parts is also a viable option.

Ongoing tests indicate resistance to multiple dish washings, and common household solvents.

This product is free of HAP solvents, very low in reportable VOC, and does not contain any bisphenol-A (BPA).

Application:

Mix well before use.  You may shake but this will create some foam.

White needs to be mixed more than the clear or frost.

Surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry and free of contaminants.

Spray a wet coat and allow to flash-off prior to baking.

Finish: SATIN

Still trying it out on other products but so far so good

Love this product! The only reason I chose to try "yet another coating" was because it is a one product/one step coating. Just follow the directions on the bottle to the letter and you'll love it as much as I do!
