TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS

Transferring Instructions

Supplies needed:
• Vintage Sign
• Heat tape
• Thermal Rubber Mat
• Heat Resistant Gloves

Transferring Information:

• Heat press setting: 400 deg F
• Dwell Time: 45-50 sec
• Pressure: Firm


Procedure:

1. Register metal sign to the transfer coated side down. Tape in position.

2. Place sign on heat press with transfer side facing up.

3. Close press with Firm pressure for 40-50 min

4. Remove from heat press and let cool.

Made a Great Porthole

I had a customer in the US Navy that needed a custom sublimated porthole design created and printed. LRI was the perfect co to do this. Not only was the design great but they coated the sign in a way that made the art really stand apart. I have since had my customer order 3 more times and the US Navy has loved the retirement gifts they received.
