Felt insert:

These spun polyester inserts are the same as our Felt book covers; rigid and printable on both sides!
Option to leave the insert loose so customers can rinse and clean the trays of food crumbs or glue them down permanently with silicone adhesive.

TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS

11 x 17” felt tray inserts
Stacking Order:
HEAT PLATEN
PROTECTIVE PAPER or TEFLON
TRANSFER
SUBSTRATE
PROTECTIVE PAPER or TEFLON
BOTTOM TABLE

Required Accessories:
Repositionable Spray Tack Adhesive, Lint Roller
Any sublimation transfer paper:

OUR INSTRUCTIONS ARE BASED ON USING A DK20S.
TIMES AND TEMPERATURES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON WHICH EQUIPMENT YOU USE.
Time: 50 SECONDS
400 DEGREES
MEDIUM/FIRM PRESSURE

1. Cover the bottom table of the press with a sheet of protective paper.
2. Sticky lint roll the image area of the substrate.
3. Secure transfer to substrate using a repositionable Spray. Simply apply a light spray onto the printed transfer.
4. Place substrate face up, with attached transfer face down, on top of protective paper on bottom table.
5. Top with protective paper and press according to time, temperature, and pressure above.

Application note: Should substrate warp or buckle after pressing, weight the substrate while cooling.
