OUR INSTRUCTIONS ARE BASED ON USING A DK20S.
TIMES AND TEMPERATURES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON WHICH EQUIPMENT YOU USE.
Time: 45 SECONDS
Temp: 400 DEGREES
MEDIUM/FIRM PRESSURE
1. Cover the bottom table of the press with a sheet of protective paper.
2. Sticky lint roll the image area of the substrate.
3. Secure transfer to substrate using a repositionable Spray. Simply apply a light spray onto the printed transfer.
4. Place the substrate face up, with the attached transfer face down, on top of the protective paper on the bottom table.
5. Top with protective paper and press according to the time, temperature, and pressure above.
Application note: Should the substrate warp or buckle after pressing, weigh down the substrate while cooling.
Warning: If you choose to use heat tape instead of adhesive spray, be careful not to pull the tape off the felt material while still hot, as this can cause the felt to distort!
