Laser Reproductions, Inc. vs. Conde Systems, Inc.

On March 9, 2004, Laser Reproductions, Inc. filed suit against Conde Systems, Inc. and David Gross, president of Conde, in the U.S. District Court, for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division. The suit charged Conde with eleven counts, including copyright infringement, consumer fraud, deceptive trade practices, palming off and unfair competition. This action stemmed from Conde's and Gross's infringement of Laser's copyright protected line of "personalized keepsake" imprintable dolls and bears.

On February 17, 2005, an Order was entered by the U.S. District Court, for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division. In accordance with the Court's Order, public documents related to this case are posted here:
