Laser Reproductions proudly owns and operates the first and only sublimation coating plant in the Midwest, where quality, consistency and production efficiency are key.

Our unique state-of-the-art automated facility prepares ceramic, marble, and porcelain tile, gift tins, aluminum, glass, and unique metal products for subllimation using proprietary King Coat ™ coatings. We are available for custom coating too.

A highly-rated formulation, King Coat ™ provides maximum resistance to UV light and scratching. To achieve our quality objectives, all products are prewashed and processed in clean rooms where dust particles down to one micron or less are filterd out with hepa assemblies. Next, out proprietary automated techniques ensure complete, uniform spotless coverage on each substrate.
